This review is long overdue. This is our go-to Mexican delivery place in the neighborhood. While it's not at-the-border authentic compared do whatever you'd get in so cal, it's pretty darn good. The delivery is always reliable and the food always comes hot and is always consistent. We prob order seamless from them every week or 2 weeks.

I just had the worst experience at this restaurant, this is a neighborhood restaurant that I have been going to since they open their doors. I went there today with my daughter and grandson, we order guacamole to start, when we received the guacamole there it was made with some much lime that we couldn't eat, when we asked them to fix it they brought it back tasting same. The waitress told us that they will not serve unless we paid for our meal first. Who does that?
I think that is illegal to ask a patron to pay for their meal first. How about if we don't like our meal, we have to eat and pay for it?
I will definitely be reporting them.
They just lost a customer, I will never ever go to this restaurant again,
To top off the waitress called their other restaurant which is two blocks away called Guadalupe which is located between 159th and 160th St right next door to DD. So we walk to this restaurant the young lady came and told us the same thing that we had to pay for our meal first. when we explained to her what happened, she did not even blink. Now, mind you this young lady knows me for years, we even share a birthday.
I don't think we were being unfair. if I go to a restaurant downtown and I don't like something they either replace it or take off the bill. These folks have no clue how to treat customers. -

Decent Mexican. I ate here on a cool day and the eating area actually felt like a pleasant dining room.
I've been on sweltering hot days before and it was just too hot und muggy to enjoy a meal here so be aware of that.
Service is fast and friendly. Chips are fresh and seemed to be made in house.
This is a tiny hole in the wall taqueria. Food can be reasonably priced. I ordered nachos and the toppings were kinda on the small side but you get avocado. It was just shy or being worth the $9-10 asking price.
Still this is good Mexican. Taco plates are $3 for $9.

My go to for ordering Mexican food. This place is no frills but the food is always tasty and consistent.

I've ordered from "La Fiesta" so many times since they first started at a different location. The past couple of times the food has been terrible and for some reason I would continue to order from them. Tonight will be my last time ordering from them. The food was disgusting and the "steak" was legit rubber. The quality of the food is so low, I rather go to Taco Bell. Anyways good luck to anyone who orders from here. Hopefully you don't get as sick as I did.
